I'm sure it would be illegal for John Merlino to issue a patch making the
CM_Utzinger settings the default personality.  As far as Ubisoft doing such a
thing even if it is proven beyond a doubt CM_Utzinger is the strongest setting I
would think is zil to none.  Probably the the only thing that could happen is if
Johan de Koning reads the posts here he may adjust the default settings when the
new version comes out.
