I revisited my setup of CM9K in this tourney (The King has just two draws after 7 games) after some suggestions fron Kurt Utzinger. I decided that my method I was using in setting CM9K was faulty and contributed to CM9K's poor showing. There was no point in continuing the current tournament 26 double RR 40 moves /2 hour tourney as I believed it was going to grossly misrepresent CM9K. So losing 40+ completed games at 40/2 was not ideal - but it was the right thing to do. Tournament was restarted. I also adjusted the modified crafty's (Petrosian and Morphy) time usage as they appeared to be way underutilizing their allotted time. Often they had an hour or more left at the first TC - which is too much ona 40/2 game IMO. It would be different if they were winning, but they were losing. The new time.c will prevent that from happening
