I don't know where he got his data but:
He have a very nice feature if you play against an engine.
Eg. You can sort engines by rating and then pick up the engine that have
implemented the two needed feature for human-engine games: 'move now' and
opening book.

On Leo's site you have to go between two list that take up much time, so basicly
you end up with taking a printout and then make notes which engines that have
interest.

My only wich is that they tune down the rating with at least 200 points, or
maybe give up this elo and make grades instead (A,B,C...).
