Both computers have a "Learn" function. When you enable that function:
"F6" key on the Sapphire II and "Easy" key on the Diamond II, it will
allow the computers to learn from "some" of their mistakes.

The "Learning from its Mistakes" feature is by no means a panacea
since the correction is only made if the computer is ever in
the exact same position at a future date - an unlikely occurrence.

The rating on the computers, for all intents and purposes, does not
go up in any noticeable way.

The two computers are identical in mental capbility. Only their
size and manner in which you input moves is different.
