Junior in a tournament game can get deeper.

It does not use depth 18,19,20,21,22 but probably depthes 18,21,23 at similiar
time.

I do not know if it can help it to find Qe6 at the same time but you can try
time control of 30 hours/40 moves instead of analysis.
