this is now fixed.  I added some code for "BTFraise" (Data on ICC) so that he
could put moves in the books.bin file and they would be played even if they were
not in the book.bin file.  There was a bug in this code that didn't hurt
anything on my linux box, but with different compilers it wrecked things.  A
variable was undefined on occasion, but with my compiler it was always "0" which
made it work fine.  On others it could be a large positive or negative value
which would crash...

new sources and win executables are up...
