Well Marc, at first there are two posibilities to analyze what you say about your life until now: a) you are kind of a genius b) you are a severely sick man Perhaps both? Perhaps none? But then what? Maybe just a middle way: you are a talented man -not a genius- with a somewhat childish desire to be recognized as a genius. In any case the degree of engagement you have had - and still has- with this stuff goes, I am afraid, beyond what is reasonable. Let me put it clear: a) chess is just a game b) chess computer is a variarion of that game, so, also, a game. c) games dos not deserve so a full engagement of intelect and emotions d) If you are a kind of a genius or just a talented guy, you should in both cases put all that strenght in the service of something more serious and lasting. e) As a matter of final advice: do not give a shit to people rejection or aprobation. Bo not give a thurd to receive or not receive prizes. Just do your stuff as if aimed to please yourself and God, nobody else. I hope you will not get bothered by all this neither asngryu with me Fernando, relatively talented but not a genius. I left my ilusions of it years ago...
