Rolf was removed by a "kangaroo court" proceeding based on personal issues rather than actions taken here. Sean was a different case and misbehaved *here* and got what he deserved. Rolf didn't do anything wrong here. Everyone deserves the chance to participate here, and should only be removed when we determine that they are only contributing to clutter... In this case, the decision to let Rolf back in is not unreasonable, and makes sense. He's actually been reasonable in r.g.c.c for the last month or two, and should be given a chance to participate here. He can be interesting when he wants to be (and maddening when he wants to be also, of course). Hopefully more of the former than the latter now...
