Subject: 2 GHz Celeron vs. 2 GHz Pentium IV question. In re of Gateway 300S deal

The above is a repost (which I first learned about a few messages down) on a
great deal for a computer with a Flat Panel LCD Display (drool) for $699.
Probably $799 with shipping.

What a deal!!!!!  I never thought the flat-panels would break the $899 barrier
(shipping included) for at least a year.  But what do I know?  Anyway...

The only drawback is the Celeron processor.  Has anyone run a test which has
given them insight into the Celeron/Pentium 4 comparison?

How much faster would a Pentium 4 be than a Celeron, given the same clock speed
(2GHz?  If the answer is "not that much", then oh man what a deal this computer
would be.
