I followed your instructions to download CM9_Pillen.CMP but I could not open it with anything I got. I even transfered your files onto my CM9000 files hoping it would give me the Pillen personality but was unsuccessful. Could you give me some step by step instruction so that I can have this "amazingly strong" personality. Thank you. Sandi
