Thanks for clarifying, I was just curious if this was an application of a so far
unheard of new readmission policy or if your maneuver was strictly about the
person of Rolf Tueschen.

My personal preference would have been to establish general rules by discussion
and vote on CCC. E.g. Ed Schroeder made some reasonable proposals towards
handling "resocilization" of CCC members that had to be asked to leave at some
time, this could have been a good starting point to let the CCC members vote
upon. Of course, this still can be done without involving Tueschen's
reinstatement ...

May I ask a last question (just out of plain curiosity): When does your current
term as moderators end? It must have been stated months ago somewhere but I'm
too lazy to dig it up myself, so I think I might well ask you (hopefully without
offending you, it's really only my bad memory ...).
