Game 21 should be scored as a win for Shredder. It achieved a winning position and only incomplete tablebases caused it not to promote it's pawn. Having incomplete EGTB's is a condition created by the operator (since another operator might indeed have all 8 GB of EGTB's) and not something the programmer has any control over. Thus, to score game 21 as a draw is a distortion of the program's true strength and a sign that the SSDF elo ratings list might not be accurate. I wonder how many games (out the the hundred thousand or so) that the SSDF has played ended like this.
