I don't totally agree... because that is the reason we study "history" in
school... things have a way of repeating themselves.  If I see someone that
is abusive, rude, uses bad language, is dirty, etc, out in public, I can
make a reasonable decision to not invite him hime, nor to invite him to a
scout meeting, or any other "private" group meeting, based on the strong belief
that he will behave the same as he did in public.

In Rolf's case, he's been reasonable for a month in r.g.c.c and it seems
reasonable to offer him the opportunity to be reasonable here.  Sean is quite
another matter because he is just as bad today as he was a month ago, and for
my money he can stay "out"...

Because he *refuses* to stop his nonsense.  But Rolf might well become a
valuable contributor, given the chance.  We'll see...
