Intel has made it even more gcc compatible which is nice (it now supports a number of the gcc command line options such as -Wall). It works on SuSE 7.1 and 8.0 if you replace the substitute headers with the SuSE version they supplied awhile back. I couldn't get it to work right out of the box until I made the substitution. Actually, if anyone else go it to work right out of the box with SuSE I'd be interested in hearing about it. So far, the speed seems as good or better than version 6.x and for Linux personal use the price is *definitely* right! :) regards, --tom
