I think that if this group wants to discuss how to govern itself, that is a fine idea, but there is something wrong with bringing this up just because you disagree with a decision. If the group is going to govern itself via three elected moderators, that is fine. If it is going to govern itself by plebiscite, that is fine, too. But let us pick one system and use it. If the current system is the right system to have, then please let us do our jobs as defined by this system.
