Well done!

After just 2.8 hours (;-) Chest confirms this to be the shortest possible
mate, and Qxf6 to be the only key move (Athlon 1500+, 128 MB hash):

PV: Qxf6 Qxg2+ Bxg2 Be6 Rxe6 Rd1+ Bf1 Rxf1+ Kg2 Rf2+ Kxf2 Ra2+ Kf1 Rf2+ Kxf2
gxf6 Bh6+ Kg8 Re8#

Towards the end the EBF raised up to nearly 20:

# 4 0.02s [ 2.00] 4kN [ 8.49] 1.06 450- 0
# 5 0.20s [ 10.00] 24kN [ 5.77] 1.29 3655- 0
# 6 1.25s [ 6.25] 156kN [ 6.43] 1.68 23993- 0
# 7 8.10s [ 6.48] 1148kN [ 7.35] 1.82 167735- 0
