Chess Tiger 14.9a for Palm is 2101 elo (tested by SSDF).
Chess Tiger 15.0 for Palm (free update for registered users in a few days) will
be at least 50 elo points stronger (new engine, and allows to use several Mb of
hash tables instead of 48Kb in the current version).
ChessMaster for the GBA is nowhere near.
