You're right, they're expensive. And they have some kind of Windows running, with all the advantages of the normal Windows crashes, yet with some limitations in functionality compared to windows. So - the best of both worlds: the same amount of crashes with less functionality :) But nevertheless I bought one. I have an iPAQ 3850. And despite the Microsoft fuzz, I'm absolutely hooked to the unit. It is simply wonderful. Sometimes I see people with Palms. Palm OS might be solid as a rock, the unit might be cheaper - but no way I'm ever going to buy a Palm. My iPAQ was worth every penny. J. Mind you: some people here consider Palm vs. PocketPC some sort of religious issue. I certainly don't. A Palm is great. A handheld is something everyone should have. I prefer an iPAQ - very much. That's all.
