Not 'quality' rather 'expression'.

There is a mountain to climb regarding this, and programs have only made the
merest scratch on it (with features like the Fritz 'blunder check').

Annotation of a whole game in natural language tailored to the strength of the
player would be my goal as it would actually be of use. 'Progress' in terms of
another 100 or 200 Elo points is irrelevant as, for the average player, programs
are overwhelmingly strong anyway; what use is a better or deeper analysis if
it's presented as a mass of numbers and symbols?
