White can force mate two ways, I think:
1.Rxf7
[1.Qxh6 Rb6
(1...Qxc3 2.f6 and White mates)
2.f6 Nxf6 3.Bxf6 Rxf6 4.Qxf6 Qf2 5.Qg5+ Kf8 6.R1xe3 Qf1+ 7.Kh2 also mates]
1...Kxf7
[1...Rb6 2.Qd7 and White will mate]
2.Qg6+
[2.Qe6+? Kg7 =]
2...Kf8 3.f6 Qa3 4.Qg7+ Ke8 5.Rd1 and mates
