38 Factorial is about 10^45; the question is whether the problem is drawed or
solved which is a dead end.

In Fritz vs. Kramnik, Kramnik beat Fritz with the black pieces at 8 GHZ once.
Therefore at 8 GHZ under year 2002 software (under these 2 conditions), chess is
not a draw.
