Yes, we're talking about two different matters here. The first is "being guilty"
and the second is "being found guilty". If I give my friend a copy of Goliath
Light I am presumably guilty of a crime. But since "everyone is innocent until
proven guilty", my friend could claim that he downloaded the engine himself, and
it would be difficult to prove my guilt. Unless, of course, my friend cracks
under interrogation.....
