As I mentioned previously, _no_ program currently supports these.  I am testing
Eugene's
new probe code.  It has not been released yet.  I put the tables up with the
comment that
they are ready for downloading, but they can _not_ be used until crafty version
19.2 is
released, which will happen after Eugene finishes cleaning up the new egtb.cpp
code.
