One of several situations that were never covered when the CCC
was formed is exemplified above.

Chris resigned (according to the CCC Founders) or was removed
(according to Chris) from CCC. This, of course, does not give
him an opportunity to defend himself or his company here in
CCC on issues that may directly or indirectly affect him.

I am not exactly sure how we can resolve this issue, but
I certainly invite Thorsten to respond on behalf of Chris,
or I will also offer to do likewise.
