I have just sent the following email to Chris Whittington. The "last conversation" that I make reference to in the first paragraph occurred several months ago after a similar post (I think) by Fernando making reference to Oxford Softworks (I think). Correct me if I am wrong on those specifics. The email: Hi Chris, Pursuant to our last conversations with respect to your ability to respond when you are "talked about" in CCC (Fernando post from CCC and my response copied way below)_... As I have told you, I agree that you should be able to defend yourself/company somehow in CCC. Unfortunately because ICD has no say or responsibility in what is posted in CCC, I am helpless to prevent it, but I will be happy to relay your thoughts (or you can have Thorsten do it as before) to the message board. For all I know (and I don't) you may totally agree with Fernando and not wish to respond at all. Your other options, of course, are to respond in rgcc, Sean's site, or by private email to Fernando (ferdinan@cmet.net). Obviously, you do not need any of my help in those arenas. Chris resigned (according to the CCC Founders) or was removed (according to Chris) from CCC. This, of course, does not give him an opportunity to defend himself or his company here in CCC on issues that may directly or indirectly affect him. I am not exactly sure how we can resolve this issue, but I certainly invite Thorsten to respond on behalf of Chris, or I will also offer to do likewise. _ Steve
