Excellent work by Marc, both in trailblazing on 6-man P-endgames and in being
alive to the 'KNNK' problem as flagged up by one or more endgame studies.

Sympathies to anyone, including Marc, who is having to redo a fair bit of work.

I am not clear whether:

- all 'maxDTM = 1' situations create the bug, and
- all these situations have been covered, and
- whether it is now asserted that FEG is bug-free

A verification check independent of the original generation code is the best
confirmation that all is ok.  Where Eugene's tables are available, a serial scan
of FEG checking against EN's results would be adequate, as EN's EGTs have been
verified.
