There is no question in my mind that Chris is either
reading posts or sent posts from someone who is. This
is not a situation against which CCC can defend. However,
it is when a post is WRITTEN that action can be taken.

So, I am quite confident that Chris was eventually going
to see Fernando's post. I have no personal opinion about
Fernando's post because the last time I was on the Oxford
site may have been close to a year ago (certainly not
recently). It is very possible that Chris agrees 100% with
Fernando. I have no idea.

I guess I draw an analogy with the Sean affair. I have
tried not to discuss Sean here in CCC because I know he
cannot defend himself here. If I am going to spar with
him, I do it over in rgcc. Then he can respond all he
wants. Even in war, there are rules (Geneva Convention).

Although I do not put Chris in Sean's category, I believe the
same treatment is due him.
