I can add that not all the endgames are fortress positions so knowing better to
detect fortress positions does not mean that the program is better in pawn
endgames.

Even if the question is statical score I can give other test positions.

Can your program see by static score that the white pawns are unstoppable
by the black king in the first case when they can be stopped in the second case?

An array 64*64*64 can be enough to give you all the information but I did not
build that array and I do not know if there is a program that use that array.
