Fernando,
I know you long enough to know that you are honest and mean well.
And it may be all the fault of the language barrier (a point which I
personally believe is the cause of many disagreements here), but a
couple of your sentences when speaking of Chris were attempts by
you to make a value judgment about what is/was going on in Chris'
head. Two quotes in particular were quite subjective and really
scream out for rebuttal (but only if Chris does not agree).
    a) "I have verified that Chris does not really update his place neither
knows or care about it."
    b) "It seems that Chris is not a very careful guy for even take care
of his own business."

I have no idea if what you said was accurate, but if it was not (and
you could really not know for certain), then Chris should somehow
have an opportunity to respond.
