At Aegon '96 Larry Christiansen wanted to play some blitz against mine, so off we went (I made moves manually on the board and punched the clock, these were all 5 0 games). I don't know how long it was, I wish I could say. But it was some vast amount of time measurable in hours. I did not see any decrease in intensity on his part the whole time. I was starting to come down with a cold earlier that day, and by the time he wanted to quit I could no longer even speak. bruce
