This is a message that I recieved from ChessCentral who is suppose to be getting my order. Is anyone else having problems contacting Chessbase? Geo, I have called and emailed ChessBaseUSA about my Fritz8 order. They do not respond. Their line is continuously busy and though I know they received my email (sent it return receipt) they have not contacted me. You are not alone! This is maddening! I have over 50 Fritz8 to go out but no F8! All I can do is keep calling and emailing. With any luck they will send something by Thursday and I can send it out Priority.
