Its probably trying to use too much Hash... Reduce the hash table size to 512MB
then try to analyse a position.

Increase the Hash table with small increments (64-128 MB) up to abt 768 MB and
see how things go. If other programs are using your ram, trying 800MB + is too
much for Fritz to have for itself.
