Would anyone say that Crafty of today is better than Genius 3 of yesterday that
beat Kasparov et al?  Genius played on a slow computer, and yet managed to score
against Kasparov.  Would anyone think that Crafty 19.01 with Athlon can beat, if
not easily, Genius 3 with slow hardware?

Then if Crafty is better, then would it be safe to say that Crafty is of GM
strength?
