If you want to have a computer personality with 256MB of hash actually
participate in a game, then you need to create a copy of that personality by
modifying the transposition table size to 256MB (if available) and then saving
this new copy of the old personality.

If you just want to increase the hash size of the mentor features (advice,
Mentor Lines, game analysis, etc.), then go to "Preferences -> Mentor" and
adjust the size there.
