Well i'm certain there aren't any definitive tests being done currently on 3000,
but the ssdf has it at 1932 on a 386 33Mhz.  Even on a P300 though i would be
surprised if it were more than about 2075-2100, because it really has a very bad
positional sense in a lot of positions, and is quite susceptible to almost all
anti computer chess strategies.  You can feel fairly safe in assuming that it is
a fairly solid expert strength though.
