Hi Jeff,

If you are an advanced beginner, I would recommend you to consider buying the
Talking LCD Chess, produced by Excalibur. As an intermediate player (my rating
is around 2000) if find it a worthy opponent. It has all time levels and more,
and is very convenient.
I do not have any information about others, but this one is very good for its
price!
