As an intermediate player (my rating is around 2000) if find it a worthy opponent. It has all time levels and more, and is very convenient. I do not have any information about others, but this one is very good for its price! An excellent review is available at: http://home.earthlink.net/~kantack/lcdchess/talkinglcd.htm You can find some manuals at: http://www.excaliburelectronics.com/manuals.html Didzis Cirulis
