Definitely the best win, but not the only one:

1.Nxg6!

   [1.Nhxf5 cxb3 2.Qe4 also wins]

1...Kxg6 2.Nxf5! Rxf5

   [2...Kf7 3.Nxe7 +-]

   [2...Qd7 3.Nh4+ Kf7 4.e6+ +-]

3.Qxf5+ Kxf5 4.Be4+ Kg4 5.h3+ Kxg3

   [5...Kh5 6.g4+ Kh4 7.Re3 and mate next move]

6.Re3+ Kh4 7.Bg6! Qg5+ 8.fxg5 Rf8

   [8...Kxg5 9.Rg3+ Kh4 10.Be1 and mates in 2]

9.Be1+ Rf2 10.Re4+ Kxh3 11.Bxf2 and mate in 2
