Subject: Chessbase total lack of interest to be contacted for complains

After waiting more than two weeks my Fritz 8 package, I went to chessbase site
to send an email. To my surprise, the only way to contact them is trought an
address that is related to solve problem of programs the customer already have,
NOT to answers customer that have had not the luck to receive the package. So
probably my emals were considered off topic and trashed.
Is this the new policy of chessbase?
They bother themselves publishing a page with the sturdy faces of his executives
and employees; why not a bloody working email address?
If someone knows how to really get my rage to reach the face of the people in
charge of deliveries, please let me know
