No differences? 2800+ is 2250MHz (13.5x166.66), 2700+ is 2166.6MHz (13x166.6).

Differences:
83.33MHz more in the case of the 2800+
Multiplier is 13.5 instead of 13.0
The 2800+ is 2.7 more watts than 2700+
Also on the top of the cpu it's going to say "AXDA2800DKV3D" instead of
"AXDA2700DKV3D"
