Subject: I suggest not all 20th century chess books are good to read

Although I don't disagree on an IM strength has good suggestions, but books are
becoming out of date.
There will be exceptions, believe me, but I computer chess is more versatile
even if they aren't quite super GM strength.

The only chess books I like, are the ones that give precise and accurate
answers.   The ones with the horizon effect hanging in the balance don't
interest me.

I want to add that 2 or more moves are equally as good produce different games
(hopefully the same result, (win, lose, or draw)).
