Since Thurs, I've been running:
Fritz 7 w/Fritz7.ctg 192mb Hash Engine Parameters Factory Settings
vs.
Fritz 8 w/Fritz8.ctg 192mb Hash Engine Parameters Factory Settings
3,4 & 5 man tablebases w/ 2mb cache
Permanent Brain off
Alternate Colors
Athlon XP 2400+ 512mb DDR
15 games 5' blitz
15 games 40'+ 40'
results: Fritz 8 = 16 1/2
Fritz 7 = 13 1/2
I was running the games at different times, so I don't have the games saved (I
deleted them as I went along). I just want to know if anybody else out there is
having similiar results...
- obviously 30 games is a VERY small sample.
