I don't mind quoting 1st Timothy 6:10, from the King James version: "For the
love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have
erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

If an authority of language interpret from earlier text I would be sure to
consider that view. BK
