Since the code only finds the LSB for a 32-bit integer, I converted it to an LSB
64 routine by adding a front stage. My initial estimate is that this routine
will suffer a little from the table-based rotuine you posted previously.

I've got a bunch of stuff to do today (including picking up my fixed car and
fixing someone's computer), but the page should be updated with the new routines
and scores tonight.
