Subject: Fritz 8 starts VERY SLOWLY

Just installed Fritz 8 and find it takes forever to start...65 seconds to get to
the playing board.  I have it set for hash tables of 192MB and did not even
install the 3D board.  After closing program down, it also seems to slow down my
whole system for a few minutes.
I ran Fritz 7 on this same machine (Pent. 4, 1.7GHz, 1GB RAM, WinXP Pro) and it
was fine, starting up in 5-10 seconds.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Any suggestions?
