Unfortunately, you aren't the one using your website, and it just hinders everyone else from using your website easily. I think everyone would prefer a simple page that we could navigate easily without having to have a special browser or browser plugin. In other words, don't just do something "cute" just because you can. Unless there is a purpose for using flash or javascript, it generally only makes the webpage tacky and annoying to the user. Not to mention a user on a slow connection having to wait for it (and the music) to download. A user who has javascript disabled and who doesn't have flash couldn't view or navigate your site at all, and that's a "bad thing". Some people use text-only browsers. Some people are blind and have a web browser that reads the webpage to them. If they had to wait 10-seconds to go back to the previous page, they'd probably think their computer crashed. Just some friendly advice :)
