Best hash tables settings:
IF YOU WANT THE ULTIMATE PLAYING STRENGTH, GIVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
THAT IS: 12Mb (twelve megabytes).
This rule has no exception. Even if you want to play the whole game in one
minute, giving 12Mb of hash tables is the best.
Now the rest is a question of how much RAM you have, and how much you are ready
to allocate for chess.
