Because Richard has been able to port the Roma engine to the PalmOS platform
without changing a single line of code (or almost).
The next version of his program started to use hash tables, and it is not
possible to manage hash tables without a PalmOS specific rewrite on the Palm
platform.
The Roma was the most advanced program of Richard that could be ported DIRECTLY
on the PalmOS platform.
