I see that it has
fractional depth extensions,hash tables,null move pruning.

I think that it is too much for a low expectation program because I expect it to
beat a lot of free engines if there are no bugs.

Tscp is not the only free engine that does not use all of these things and there
are free engines that are weaker than tscp.
