He is so called offering his engine for download for a year now
and each time it is not on his homepage. only his games.

i remember many operators online who kick on doing that too. giving
and offering their games.

Not a single computerchess question i asked him by email nor any
discussion about things he wanted to start.

He doesn't know what alfabeta is.

What is likeliness he is a programmer then?
