What i would like to see happen:
IF somebody gets a yellow card it should look the following way:
"
THIS IS AN OFFICIAL YELLOW CARD FOR MISBEHAVIOUR IN CCC, SEND TO YOU BY THE
ACTUAL MODERATORS : x
y
z
It is your first/second card.
On [date] you said the following to y:
QUOTE
This is offensive and an insult in the eyes of the moderators.
We would like to stop you and would like to see you change the style
otherwise we would have to send you a second yellow card.
If you do not change your behaviour after getting 2 yellow cards, we will
send you a red card and delete your password status = you will be thrown out.
Date xyz
signed: x,y,z, acutal moderators in charge of deciding in ccc.
Footnote: you have the right to CONTRADICT / VETO against this decision although
this would not have any legal consequences to our decisions. It could on the
other hand maybe change our opinion.

I have not seen ANY of such a message in my inbox so far.
I am a little worried in the moment because i got many many informal emails from
people , also from founders and also from moderators that i don't understand.
Some say they got complaints about my behaviour, some say they want me to
calm down. None of these emails was signed or called an official yellow card of
the type I wanted give an example ABOVE.
I have asked for EXAMPLES where i said something offending.
I got NO answer ! Or the passages they quoted showed NO offending material.
I am a little irritated now. This does not look for me like a democratic or
legal or RECHTSTAATLICH principle.
I want to know what happens. And not foggy comments.
If e.g. the police says to me: you have driven too fast and we want you driver
licence, they sent me
a picture with me driving the car,
the measurement of a laser-machine showing HOW fast i have driven
2 witnesses who saw me doing it.
Of course if i get such a letter from the police, i have to CONTRADICT or veto
or get help from my lawyer and e.g. show evidence that i cannot have done this
because i was in paris that day, and not in germany, for what i have witnesses.

Since i have not yet any yellow card, i have not done something wrong so far.

If i have done something wrong, please name the post, quote it and
act. but don't sent me any foggy private email i cannot use against you or i
cannot defend against.
This is no game here.
If you are not able to react on my demand within 3 days, i will quit this
ccc-forum myself from the beginning of the fourth day.
I don't want to be a member of a "club" where some moderators do not legitimate
their behaviour and do not have the formal backbones one would expect them to
have.
Please don't see this as an attack. All i want is to understand what has
happened.
I don't want to walk on ice. I like clear situations. I can live with hate, with
enemies. But i don't want to live with unclear situations.
HINT:
Without getting a yellow card before, I will not (in words: N O T ) accept
getting a red-card.
If you don't have the power to formally sent me an official warning, i will NOT
accept when you want to throw me out later.

I want that all participants of this club will be treated clearly and know WHAT
has happened with and against them.
